@driscoll: You can actually do your tuning 'live' while connected. The camera will respond immediately to value changes from the assistant software with no need to reboot it.
Question: Have you guys noticed any adverse effect to connectivity from this? I'm worried that the cabling\connector came loose on mine due to the flexes, since I get intermittent disconnection from the app. All this happened with my iPad mini, repeater and the PV within 1 feet of each other. I can't exactly determine what caused it... I've tried moving and blocking each parts independently, flexing the position of the repeaters, moving the gimbal to different positions, etc; but I can't reliably recreate the disconnection condition. But it does disconnect every now and then even in that close proximity.
I've also tried rebinding the app to the PV, restarting every component in the chain, including rebooting the iPad mini.
