Video from aircraft to ipad mini 4

I have been flying my DJI PHANTOM 3 Standard about 2 weeks. I need help:
My aircraft will download my photos directly to my ipad mini 4, thru GoApp. HOWEVER, it will NOT download Videos to my ipad Mini 4,..thru GoApp. I get a popup saying videos must be 720, 1080,..etc.
Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a fix?

I just hit the arrow on the right side of the app inside the camera box while the bird is powered up and preview them on my Ipad mini 4, then I power down bird and delete them.
They are so poor resolution compared to sd card video I rarely keep any.

Now,..I presume you mean you transfer the videos via USB cable to PC?

Yes and No. I am currently in Ontario CANADA, but spent time out from Ontario CA @ Big Bear Lake and also El Segundo /Redondo/Portifino area

I usually just pull my sd card from drone and place it in an adapter and insert those into my PC>download them from sd card to PC. Then use movie player or quicktime to play them back in 1080p or whatever.
