Video date and times incorrect

Why does the video I shoot show the wrong date and time? The photos come out fine. I noticed the incorrect dates and times while viewing them on my Mac in the photos app. Any suggestions?

I had this happen once when I downloaded two videos to my iPad.. Never explained it and it never happened again...

Seems to happen to me each time I download to the computer. It's annoying!

What is the time difference is it always the same amount?

It's 8 hours difference. Almost seems like it's using a different time zone. But I don't see where I can edit that.
