I am wondering if any one has vacation homes or cabins?

My family is blessed to have a few and looking to get a new one. We are think about wilmington NC.

I recommend Costa Rica beach properties. Great place, rising values and year-round rentals to help with expenses. I own one condo down there and plan on getting another as soon as this one is paid off next year.

I enjoy Costa Rica however do not want a home or condo there. I am more of a city life type.
