Using a spare cell phone for DJI Vision

Dear Friends,

My cell phone rings constantly. Is there a way to use a non-activated cell phone with the DJI Vision app? The wifi works and connects, but I can't figure out how to go about downloading the MAPS into the app!

Any thoughts about this?
