USB Connection

I do not know if my PC is being connected to my quad (V1.1.1) using the Naza Assistant s/w. Does anything need to be done other than plugging it in? Is there any indication that it is connected?
All my settings remain at zero or Inh. There are red and green leds on the bottom left of the screen but not illuminated.

Thanks 4WD. I was wondering about that. I have, but maybe the wrong version. I have a V 1.1.1 with the tilt lever as standard. Which version driver should I use? I am a bit confused.
