Updating multiple batteries

Hi. Got my P 3 Pro today but have not opened the box yet. I know that I have to update multiple batteries. I have two. After I have updated the controller, a battery and the P3 ... at what point do I update the next (second battery)? Looking at the problems I have read about .. I am really worried about this process of updating :-(

The first battery will update automatically when the P3 is updating. After the P3 has finished updating, turn it off and swap batteries, then start up again and the second battery will update itself.

Thanks for that. When putting in the second battery and switching the unit back on .. I assume that I do not have to do any intervention at all ... Tks
