update taking over an hour.

over an hour and it's still blinking yellows w/solid reds and making a sound. essentially no change since starting upgrade. should I retry?

Check your SD card, there is a log file to show you whether the update is successful?

What color is the camera led? If it's green & not blinking, then fw update is complete.

dang it! the SD card says SUCCESS!! I was waiting for the green lights. I guess the sound change is the important thing. the cam led was green; also, I didn't know to look there.

It does seem it can take longer than some earlier ones though, I'd allow a good 30 minutes.
There is a worrying long pause when it looks almost dead which lasts several minutes.

I think my update was right at 25 minutes,I let it go about an extra 10 minutes just for good measure.

read the firmware upgrade instructios, need look at the gimbal LED light in front not the LED under the motor arm, it blink green and red when it in process and solid green when finish, mine took about 15min.
