Turn on amp first or controller?

I just bought (1) 2.4ghz sunhans booster 2.5w and battery for a little stronger signal for my p3s. I read that you should turn one on before the other. I can't seem to find a consensus on it. I don't have a attenuator for it either. Better yet does it matter? What would you guys recommend?Thanks

I would like to know too just purchased some amps too.
Do I turn Amps first then controller.
What about switching off do I switch off controller first then amps next.
