Hello every one, I own a P4P, had flown it for more than 300 miles until it took of gave the message mobile device cpu fully loaded and dropped from the sky. It was the last flight of the day and I had a battery purchased recently. It fell from 12 meters broke body and gimbal, I was using a iPad air. Contacted Dji Brazil, they are no help, tried Dji USA, they opened a case. Thanks in advance for any help...

Cause of the incident, apparently it does not have any thing to do with the message, battery disconnection, over heat... my fault, product failure, I have no clue...

Cause of the incident,
The easiest way to proceed with that would be to upload your device log file to the link below, ( Instructions are on the link ).
Once you upload that, place a link to the uploaded file back here and we can take a look. I will say however, that most power failures, such as you are describing, may require the aircraft .dat file ( Which DJI would require anyway) to do a more in depth look at the issue. The device logs will only tell you so much, but it is a start. After we get the device uploaded file we can go from there.

LOG VIEWER

I will try to extract the .dat file latter today, have not turned it on since the incident,
Will definately need the .dat. This appears to be yet another P4 midair shutdown. Even that may not be definative. While you have the aircraft handy, just for the sake of it, check the connections both on the battery and internally for scortch marks, aka evidence of arcing.

OK, battery and contacts look fine, battery was on its first flights, maybe first, I noticed the Cell Deviation increased during flight, could this bring it down?

No. One cell was a bit off but nothing drastic.

Was the new battery dji? Or was it a knockoff powerextra? As for the cpu being full, I was having this problem with my P4v2 using iPad mini gen 2, basically the iPad mini doesn’t have enough processing power and I noticed the cpu full when I was running an intelligent flight mode and my footage would freeze but always reconnect. So next time your online chatting with the DJI rep ask him what you need. I know for mine he said I had to have IPad gen 5 or newer. Mini had to gen 4 newest gen. Honestly I can’t remember what he said about the air version lol, I wasn’t interested in getting that model. I got a gen 6 iPad for 200 new 32 g WiFi only and never had an issue again with cpu.

The battery was original both at B&H, I think it was a battery disconect, the bird was going up at a fairly high climb rate. I heard it is a common issue with the P4P. Just wish they would repair it since it is a project flaw, my hopes are not up dought. It was on position mode, no sport or any thing. The log ends at 12m, so the bird just died completly. My adivice is take off and wait a wile, then fly smoothly. I Was not in piloting it, my employee was, overconfidence is a dangerous feeling..... It had flown 3 baterries in he same day autonomously with map pilot, like a charm.
