Trouble with video

My P4 takes excellent videos. But, when I try to edit them they come out distorted.

I have tried Movie Maker and Adobe Premier.

I uploaded a short video to You Tube to show you what I am talking about.

Any ideas?

What are your editors import and export settings? Are you changing the frame rate? What is your original footage resolution? The questions are endless. The starting point would be. Original Resolution vs Edited Output resolutions, and frame rates.

I will try to find out the settings you asked about. Video editing is new to me.
