No.
They won't improve anything about your Phantom.
If it was that simple to improve performance, DJI design engineers would have already done something about it.

There's a youtube that shows no improvement with tri blades.

Only thing going for the tri-blades is the "cool" factor, and anyone who knows Phantoms knows that's all there is. That said, a lot of folks go for "cool"!

There is science and engineering involved with prop selection and design.
More blades = less efficiency.

The primary reason for the development of 3 or more blade props is/was to reduce disc diameter.

This is not a more (blades) = better situation.

DJI has matched their props, motors, and ESC f/w for the best performance.
