I went back through the Lat - Long data and to the best of the Verizon map of coverage it is tough to see where this is/has tower coverage and not ...so the only thing I can see is your explanation...I do not track (look at map) while flying, that would be akin to texting and driving...

Then..... the map got me thinking...dam near the entire US is covered.....so still makes Trackimo the best for the cost.....
