How do I label the videos I recorded on iPad mini

If you are talking about the videos that display under Original Footage, I don't think there's an option to name them.

So I assume I need to load on computer to title?

That would work. Connect the aircraft to your computer and turn it on (no props, for safety). I prefer doing that over taking the SD card out and using a card reader. I worry that I might damage my card during handling.
