somebody's poisoned the water hole

it's it just me or what cause I've been hearing a lot of stories about drones giving off strange and false warnings on their fpv devices such as critical low
battery ect. while flying over water... this just happened to me yesterday while flying above bodies of water and i had full signal and all that. anyone else also have the same problems while flying over water? it's pretty scary when your drone thinks it has critical low battery when far away from take off and water none the less.

I have heard low flying over water with VPS on gives issues but never heard of battery issue because of that. Normally winds over water are high and we had heard of birds falling down suddenly as batteries could not supply enough currents. But that was prior to FW 1.6.

Not sure what FW you have.

It's better to give all FW /OS versions if you are expecting good analysis.
