SOFTWARE Question

Just checking the manual now - V1.1 (came in the box 12/8/14) - just downloding V1.4 manual now.

I am on page 66|

I can only see instruction to download Assistant Software for the DJI downloads page.

I'm assuming the top download is all I need:
Phantom 2 Vision+ Assistant Software v3.2

I was wondering - what is:
DJI WIN Driver Installer

Can't find a mention of it - do I need to download that as well and where in the picture does it fit.

I guess that one I am questioning:

Is what I need to download FIRST.
page 66 in manual seems to neglect mentioning the DJI WIN Driver first before the Assistant Software - OR - I have missed something jumping to page 66 -

Please do set me straight - I think I have answered my own question.

If you guys know of a better guide - please do link me.

Yes- if you have a windows machine, you need to install the WIN drivers first ...

It wont work with out the windows drivers. ____________________________________________________

What is Phantom RC Assistant Software v1.1 -

Do I need that for the Remote Control - ???

Like I know what that means -

First thing that popped up when clicking the win driver install.

page 66 stated nothing about such instruction - whatever that instruction means.

Something more than a link to a search box is required.

You know what you can do with your exclamation mark and bookmark link ... I do!

You actually need to turn on your transmitter and then your phantom, plug your usb into your phantom and pc and then proceed with the instructions
