Software? Or operater error?

Had a problem with new software; iPad app kept turning off but the unit was still under control. Every 20 +/- seconds I had to restart DJI app. So removed program and reinstalled. Problem has gone away. However, now it’s restricting me to 500m distance?? Won’t let me change it past 500m. Same with altitude; I can now fly up to 500m if I want to. How do I remove this new restriction. ? It never limited distance and always warned me at 400’ altitude.
I’m not real savvy with electronics, but trying to learn.

Turn off the "Enable Max Distance" setting in the following section of DJI GO:

Disable your max distance setting and set max height to 120m.

Funny I had the same error. I guess now I know the fix
