Why not call Carolina drones? They said they will have stock still to send out next week? BB is an option too and apple but will they have them on release day? Cause if the do I will cancel that order to and drive a 100 miles if that is what it takes lol
I complain a lot too. But whining about people being excited receiving their drones is pretty gay. I am so excited.

I too have an order with CD. I am expecting it not to be in when they said it will be. It will show up at some point. I do come here to see if there is any evidence of when they will show up but at the end of the day, it's no big deal(to me).
I am not a troll. It would be SUPER easy to get this board fired up though. I am probably in a different stage of my life than some of the folks here. I don't mean that as a negative either.. I just have a lot of other stuff that I have to worry about (some good, some bad) that I don't have energy to worry about it. Maybe I am even a little jealous that a lot of ppl here can put so much energy into this.
Yeah same here I am over loaded and this is an escape. I throw out trolling comments to sometimes and cant help it. Like just a minute ago a dude asked if he could post videos from his drone to youtube and that really triggered me. Like WTF do we have a nation of little ninnies running around asking permission for everything or what?
check out my post on page 5 of this thread. Newegg sent an email on my behalf with my order number and information as well. I got an email from Sammy liu at Dji stating that my shipping date would be on October 18th as well. I hope this is true, or even the October 25th shipping date is good i guess.

Hopefully they don't shut down the Mavic discussion forum before you get to complete your spreadsheet. The message at the top of the board says they're shutting it down. "Soon we'll be discontinuing the mavic discussions on PhantomPilots to redirect that traffic to MavicPilots.com."
Not sure why I have a "?" Next to my name. My Mavic is BOTH sold AND shipped by Amazon. Amazon is the seller and shipper.

First time I've heard about this - sold and shipped by Amazon. I'll fix it at the new site.
My exact purchase time was 2016-09-27 20:23:08 (UTC) from DJI.com current status "Payment Success".
For new orders, yes, but my order placed Oct 7 still shows shipping on Oct. 31. And there's a plus for those who are receiving orders sold by Amazon (but not Marketplace vendors) and delivered after Nov. 1st since these apparently receive the same extended holiday return period (through January.) as all Amazon items, or at least I don't see an exception so I assume it is. That's maybe some consolation for not being in the first ordering group.

DJI has stated that if you didn't order from them withing 2 hours after the announcement. You did not back the first shipment which go out Oct 15.

So far on the forum I've read that 'DJI has stated' just about everything under the sun. I don't even pay attention to the endless conflicting statements from DJI anymore, the only proof will be in the pudding when stuff actually starts to ship.

Yeah amazon now shows release November 15th and all the other sellers are no long listed ordered mine on the 7th no shipping date yet but I'm guessing after November 17th now...
