I showed up to a job on Saturday, about 45 minute drive from me, to find that the property hadn't been cleaned up at all. The yard was overgrown, and the house looked like it needed a good pressure wash and clearing of the gutters. I called the realtor, who was horrified to find out the guy who was supposed to clean up had thought that I was coming a week later.
Anyway, turning lemons into lemonade, I took some shots of the lake and surrounding area to make a "teaser" video for now until I can come back out and shoot the property in a presentable state. A little extra money on top for two deliverables and for the extra time, and the realtor is happy we were able to make the best of the fudge-up.
