I'm running IOS 11.4 on my iPad Mini 4. I can't update to the new Litchi unless I update to at least IOS 12. Will my iPad work well enough with the update or is it too old and is it possible to update to 12 or do I need to go current to 15. I'm running Go 4 4.1.18 and everything works perfectly so I'm reluctant to update GO 4

I’m not aware of being able to select which Apple update you can jump to.
Also unfamiliar with the Litchi system, so no help there.
Sorry.

I'm not very tech anymore. My mind is just getting more and more behind. I have an old IPad from 2014 that has the updates. All works fine. I bought a new I pad and I can't fly my P4 with it. I know not much help.

Update is fine. Using 12 on my iPad mini 4 without problems. Works with Go4 and Litchi
Some newer iPad using usb-c are not working so well. Be glad you still have lightning connection. Update and enjoy

I have iPadOS 15.5 and Litchi 2.14.0 installed on my iPad Mini 4.
No problems except getting hot after a while and then screen gets dimmer.

Thanks, based on your info I may update it then. I'd like to share my screen with Litchi as I fly. That's the only reason I want to update.

You can do that already on iOS using the app Litchi-Vue:

Version 1.12.0 (Oct 05, 2016)
- added Litchi Vue support (stream the video feed to a nearby iOS device running the Litchi Vue app)
- added initial support for z3 camera
- fixed issue with map zoom

I tried Litchi Vue a while back and it was buggy. Any better now?
