Shot Down

[Limp Gimble]

Someone shot me down tonight, I heard the gun shots and then lost signal and it went down. I drove to the last known area on the map and found my P4. I don't see any marks of evidence and there is nothing in the area in which I would have hit in sport mode. I have been flying over this area for awhile and each time I hear the gun shots. I fly to high for a shotgun to hit it, but do to weather and winds I was within range. What would you do, jack him back or report it? Statistics say its a federal crime and 20 years in prison, but we all know thats not the case. What would you do? I was doing VFR in my local neighborhood, which is what we do to fly a drone. So, you heard gunshots ,drone went down.found it , no marks , what makes you think it was shot down ?
Seems the crash woulda left some . Got any pictures .

What are you going to report? Seems there is no evidence of anything.

I would find somewhere else to fly.

Why would you title this thread "shot down" when in fact there is no evidence of that being the case?

Did you check out your flight log to see if it indicates what happened?
