Settings change etc.

Is it possible to change any settings eg: RTH otl, without being connected to the drone itself.(ie; can I do anything from my desk to the DJi app with just the Tablet I use for monitoring)

While disconnected, you can only change settings that are stored on your mobile device. Most of the settings are stored on the aircraft, remote controller, and batteries -- which requires the aircraft to be powered on and connected.
