Seeking a DJI Go-compatible tablet that has GSM/Glonass and HDMI

(I wish there was a way to edit the subject or delete this post but it appears that's impossible, so this has been edited.)

I am looking for a currently shipping tablet that:

1. supports DJI GO and Litchi
2. supports GSM/Glonass
3. has an HDMI output for DJI Goggles

I have not found a list that includes all of the above criteria, and the only tablet that I've seen mentioned in this regard is the NVIDIA Shield K1, which appears to have been discontinued.

Thank you, QuadKid, for your reply. I stupidly failed to include a Litchi requirement in my original post. The CrystalSky does not allow 3rd party apps like Litchi. Bummer.

This is true, I use my S5 galaxy when I want to use Litchi
