Is there a currently shipping tablet that has HDMI out and is fully Litchi compatible?

I'm looking for a currently shipping tablet that:

1. supports DJI GO and Litchi
2. has GSM/Glonass
3. has an HDMI output for DJI Goggles

The only one I've read about is the NVIDIA Shield but it appears to be discontinued.
