Sd card error????

So i recently took my phantom vision 2 plus out to the field, and noticed whenever i tried to take a photo or video, it would say sd card error on the app. Now with a little bit of research everyone was saying to format the sd card within the app, which I did multiple times, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try another card, if still no, than your SD Card slot in the camera may be bad!

I just purchased this sd card today, dont know how it could be bad. Any other things anyone can think of that may be the issue besides having a bad sd slot? Thx

Not larger than a 32 GB SD Micro, right?
Do not remove or install Micro SD while flight battery is powered up!
