Restore factory settings - Controller

Hi All

My P4P is having a problem of video signal intermittent. I think there was an issue during the last upgrade.

Then, I'm trying restore factory settings of my Controller but when I connect the RC with DJI Assistant 2, the RC does not appear in the screen of the Assistant 2.

Does anybody have any suggestion?

Before you do all that just check your Image Transmission Signal. I found by selecting a better channel fixed mine perfectly.

I dont know about mac, but the Assistant2 COULD have a driver issue in windows, mine would see the AC but I couldnt calibrate and would not see the RC at all. Following this I was able to get the new DJI drivers to load and all worked perfect after that. You may want to try... see post #18 by smiller, that was the ticket.

How do you select the better channel?

Go to HD top of screen and look at channel with the best reception and custom choose that.
Red is bad green is good......length of bar I think is strength.

im probably wrong but if we are talking about the same vertical bars over the channels, when the bars are taller, thats more interference. At least check it out!!

Go4 latest version is overloading some tablet/cell phone CPUs and causing glitching etc.
Undr HD and Video Download try turning the Custom setting to 6Mb/s and see.
