Reset extender app wont bind camera

Rest my range extender rejoin on wifi go into DJI app to add camera back. When I input mac address on bottom of drone and hit blue check box it changes screens back to wifi with no luck. Go in the about section and says camera and NAZA NA ?what's next ? Can join the network on pc And enter the ip adress to get to luci screen has root and password. Must be for some kind of service

Are you using the correct MAC address and not inputting the MAC address of the range extender ?

I'm using the mac address off the bottom of the phantom emailed dji and they gave me the same number. Seems like dji app has a glitch instead of say ingame successfully binded it goes to wifi screen. Go to the about section and is not registered

Use the program I mention to find the MAC address and follow the binding sequence exactly
