Removing the 2.4Ghz antennas from the bird ?

I need to remove the 2.4Ghz patch antennas from my P3S.

Just looking at the 2.4Ghz patch antenna (nearest the battery opening) it looks like it has some kind of retaining clip dead in the centre ?

Are they hard to remove and replace or just held with 3M tape ?

If they are a pain to remove I'll just leave them as I am going to install the replacements on the shell.
