Remote Settings for Capturing Video

How does remote setting so that the movement of drone becomes smooth for capturing video when it spins?

I mean, when I operate drones, while turning to the right or to the left, the rotation speed is too high.
Whether we can limit rotation speed by adjusting the remote?

I think you can do that by reducing the yaw speed. Take a look at this.
