Remote disconnecting constantly

Would anyone know why my Phantom 4 is rapidly connecting and disconnecting. And does anyone know how to fix this issue.

Since the app update , mine has started doing the same, my range has halved all of a sudden before it looses connection

Check the firmware versions on both the phantom And the controller. The controller fw is likely not the correct version.

Hi Paul. I have already checked this and they are the same version. I updated the RC before the phantom.
