My Remote controller will not accept a full charge before shutting off. I there a replaceable battery in the controller. If so, where can I get more information about replacement of it?

To get the battery replaced? Yes.
Try turning on the controller, then plug it in. That should work.
I was hoping because the first two lights next to the red light flashed faster but after about a minute it started beeping so I thought I better unplug it. I will contact tech support tomorrow and see what they can tell me. Thanks for your help
I sent my RC and AC to Drone World in Miami Fl. for repair. It was the circuit board that was the problem and would not allow charging more than 50% I purchased a new RC (Open Box) for $189.00 rather than repairing the old one. They upgraded the software in both the RC & the AC, did a test flight when all was done and returned the completed units yesterday. Drone World is the only authorized dealer in this area as far as I( can tell.
