So rebuilt a few P4 Batteries. One battery pack I had to replace the Balance Charge connector do to burnt traces and pulled pads (do not ask)
. I used fine wire from the balance connector kit I already had on hand from Amazon.
Turned out quite well. Balance charged using a B6Neo...
And then hooked up CP2112 and saw this with DJI Killer...
3C and 3D voltages not correct, 3E and 3F are. So I changed the balance wire from the BMS board to the balance board and got this...
Now 3C and 3E are incorrect... Verified voltages using the test pads and a DMM on the BMS board and all voltages where around 4.3v so BMS seems to be getting invalid voltage reading. The incorrect 3C voltage is the same spot that had a bad cell (0v) and that cell would not recover. Any thoughts? My guess is faulty BMS at this point, drone will not power on and I have tried the reset on the the pack holding the button in until it blinks.
