P3 Firmware Remote and iPhone not connecting

I have a Phantom 3 pro and I still have the firmware from Aug 2015 and everything worked great all this time until I tried to fly today. I've tried my iPhone 6 and my iPad and both cannot or will not connect to the remote. Any ideas?

Question. Does the remote connect to the AC? If so, try deleting the app data in android or cache data in ios. Happened to me once, but in a P4P and that is how I fixed it.

I just checked my firmware. iPhone- 2.4.1 and iPad- 3.1.42.
The last one I downloaded was V01.04.0010. I guess they must have done an automatic upgrade.
Can I get my phone and iPad back to 1.04?

If your phantom upgraded firmware, no matter which version of the app you run, it will not change anything. Make sure that the firmware on the remote is the same as in the AC.
