Hi guys! I just moved to Panama, specifically in Costa Del Este and I have been doing my research about the regulations here. Unfortunately most of the information I have found are in Spanish. I had a friend translate the information provided from Autoridad de Aeronautica Civil website but unfortunately the vital information are probably lost in translation or too vague. I have been here a week now but I have not flown yet.
Anyway, are there any local flyers in here familiar with the regulations who can provide information, or is there anyone who has had experience in flying in the area? Thank you very much.
