Recommendations for Micro SD Cards

That depends on where you fly doesn't it?
The forums are full of tales of flyers having problems in flight.
I don't know where you fly but just about every flight I do comes with a 100% chance of losing the Phantom and card if things go wrong.
For example, I shot this 3 km out to sea

And I wouldn't have any more luck with a problem on land either

Nice boat, yours? And I live in the mountain area as well so plenty of trees near by. I'm not disagreeing about having multiple small cards but I guess it all comes down to a matter of a personal preference.

Sorry to say I don't have any 70 ft ocean racing yachts. I just watch them.

Just make sure it's a good quality class 10 card. It's all about write speed. If you shoot in high rez with a low write speed the card can't keep up. Don't cheap out on a card. My phantom came with a lexar 16gb and has been great. I also use the same card but a 64gb in my GoPro 4 black and phantom 2
