Reading date code

I’m new to the drone world so everything about this beast is new to me. I purchased a Phantom 3 standard from a local hobby store on 1-12-18 that was supposed to have been a new unit. But after getting it out of the box it looked like it had been out of the packaging before. According to the store they had just got 10 new units in right before Christmas and as fast as DJI sell it would not be older than 4 months old. The date code is DK210228413807 can someone give me any help on this.

Did DJI GO ask you to register it when you first connected it to DJI GO? If so, that would at least tell you that nobody else attempted to fly it.
