RC pro4 +. Records sounds sometimes

I’ve had my Pro4 + over 8 months now.
Sometimes it records sounds via the cache on the RC
Sometimes it doesn’t.
Don’t know why , but it’s not recording at all now.

Any ideas anyone.?

In the settings for the app, there is one that allows you to turn on/off sound recording.

Hi and thanks for your reply.
Yes I have switched the sound on and off with record sound via cache.
I’ve reset controller and cleared cache .
Either the mic built into the screen is faulty .
I haven’t found a way to test it
There doesn’t appear to be a setting in the settings to see the mic.

Strange.

It’s not a big deal just thought it could be a another setting some where.

I could try the DJI online help desk.???
