range problem with phantom 3 standard.

When I fitted the ARG to mine the connectiors fell off the printed circuit board and left me with no range the only fix I found was to buy a second Hand transmitor from eBay as spares seem to be impossible to come by

I have had a similar problem (with my P3S). When I installed the Argtek my maximum range was similar to TS. I see in his pictures that the connectors are not 100% attached. Therefore my advice to do it again.

For everything, it is always worth trying.

I also wander if the firmware could cause problems as well. A few days ago I got my p3s to around 1350feet away from me, with good video transmission from said bird, updated the firmware today and was getting frequent loss of signal and also really bad video transmission from my bird at much closer range than before.
