Purchased P2V+ with no Vision

Hi Forum!

Finally, purchased the best I could, a Dji Phantom Vision Plus with NO gimbal or Camera
The price whas what I could - Wanted to Pay

And Now, I would like to Know the Next Step

I ordered a FC40 camera just for the First FPV (and because it was 20 bucks)

Now, The Questions:
If I purchase a Chineese gimbal (60 bucks on Ebay)
Can I mount a decent camera on it? (Jvc Adixxion is the one I have on my hands, could buy a go-pro later)
If I buy a FPV transmiter, should it be 2.4 ghz right?

Will I be able to use Ground Station with the Gimbal / Camera Missing?
Will I be able to use Waypoints?

I'm Sure I will have a Ton of questions once it's on my hands, but I wanted to know this for starters.

Option #4 - The totally bare bones approach: Purchase the Vision+ GoPro mount & the GoPro of your choice. Keep the Vision+ Wi-Fi system & gimbal base. You will have telemetry, but no FPV, no stabilized video, & no in-flight camera control.

Sir, By gimbal base, you mean part of the gimbal right?
Is it Present or Absent from this Picture?

It's absent.
The gimbal base is the part those grey cables plug into

Meta4 is correct. You can still do the bare-bones approach, but you will not have telemetry without the gimbal base module. Just order the Vision+ GoPro mount and the GoPro of your choice.

And what about the Chinese Ebay Gimbal with a JVC Adixxion? Is it Posible?
