iPad mini 2 has A7 chip.

So if your A7 works fine, my A9 in my iPhone should work fine. The only issue would be the point you brought up about the size.

What processor does your iPad have?

I use an IPad Mini2 (A1489) which has the A7 1.3 gHz. Not their newest, but it has always worked fine.

It's best to build your missions on your laptop or desktop if possible. It might be pretty tedious on a small screen.
But don't overthink this. Go with what you have or know and see how it works for you.

If you want to use litchi leash, you main device at this time must be android.
Thats the only reason im thinking about picking up an android tablet.
