On idle one of my motors works like that:

Is this normal?

Phantom is brand new. I have tested it and it flights nice and smooth. Maybe the start needs more practise

All my motors run normal. None of the motors exhibit what your motor is doing in the video.
And mine definitely does not sound like that. Sounds like bad bearings?

It's easy to see that it is not turning at the same speed as the other motors so something is wrong. It could be the ESC is bad or going bad. Swapping in a new ESC requires soldering. If it's brand new, I would send it back.
