Hi All,

First post. Have been flying since last November,

I have just replaced my P2V+ with a new V3 model (not the P3, obviously). I have lots of spare props (model #9443) from my old drone and the new V3 drone came with stiffer (#9450) props.

Can I use the old props on the V3 drone? Is there any difference in performance?

Thanks,

BVIJIM

Yes you can do. But bear in mind that the 9443 props will suffer from VRS worse than the 9450 props.

This means that you will need to be careful on descending with the 9443 props. You will also get shorter flight times.

One more question then... Can I use a mix of the two different props models at the same time? Any guidelines for that?

Many thanks,

BVIJIM

I've never tried but the difference in thrust ratios is just a recipe for disaster right there...

Maybe it might work with using the same props on the opposite corners... but I wouldn't.

Mixing props is definitely not a good idea.

as mentioned don't mix ever.

otherwise use them , unless you are lifting crazy heavy loads or like flying on edge you probably would not notice difference, if you did it would be minor at most.
