Propeller not engaging

I have a new DX-4 that I have an a hand full of times in the last couple of days. This last flight one of the propellers stopped working in mid flight and when I started checking it the propeller shaft has more slack than the others. It does turn freely but will not engage for flight. What might be the cause

I'm afraid you're on the wrong forum..
I'd suggest a gear has fallen off the motor though..
