Problem with Gimbal Yaw Motor

This is my problem. The cable of the Yaw Motor is broken, but the Gimbal Flex Cable is still fine.
I found a new Motor Yaw for replacement, but i dont know what is this steel bar called and where to buy it.
I hope everyone will help me for this. Thanks a lot!!
