Problem with App or Remote

Hey, I have a Phantom 3 Pro. The remote is controlling the phantom (Gimbal atleast), but I don't seem to be able to upgrade it's firmware. On my iPAD air2 I can't connect to the system even though I enter Camera mode. On android it thinks I have a Inspire 1. Both apps are 3.10. Drone is updated to 1.09.0060

I'm not sure where the remote is in versioning...I cant get the app to show me. (On ipad it wont even show the remote or aircraft liens even at N/A...on my phone it shows N/A on both)

I expect the problem with your iPad / DJI Go app. If rebooting doesn't help, you may have to refresh iOS on your iPad and reinstall DJI Go. Or else get another iPad / iPhone and install DJI Go and try.

It's also happening on my Android (s7) phone. I'll try rebooting the Ipad and see if that helps

just rebooted my ipad, I also tried my wife's iPhone 6. Could it be the firmware on the remote...Is there a way to connect the remote to my PC and check it there?

I even did factory reset on my galaxy tab pro, and still cant be seen by RC.
Damned 3.1.0 DJI GO update.
