Plug in camera and inside the gimbal attachment

I'm wondering if anyone knows what these plugs are for? The first one is inside the drone, part of the gimbal assembly, and the other one is on the camera itself.

I believe those are for calibrating the boards, for DJI.

Can you download photos and videos through either one?

Or can you check the camera without having it on the drone through one of them?

Or can you hook a flir one thermal camera to the usb on the camera
