Pls help a new guy!

I bought a used Phantom 4 Advanced+. I flew it all over my neighborhood the day I bought it (Wednesday of this past week, so three days ago now) for about 4 hours, no problem. Multiple batteries, took some videos. It was great.

I flew it Friday morning (two days ago) for about an hour, no problems.

I tried to fly it Friday afternoon, and.....it's told me I'm in a No-Fly Zone ever since. We are in a very rural part of southern NJ, nothing around us for miles and miles but farms.

I went to the DJI site. I applied for (and the site says, was approved for) not one but two exceptions. One where I drew a circle about a mile wide around my house, and another where I applied for an exception for the entire approval zone. Yet....even though in my account the status says approved, the drone won't take off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Think I figured it out. I had to import the certificate to the drone itself. Thanks in advance for the help everyone will give me in the ten thousand questions I'm about to ask over the next couple of weeks
