P3 Firmware Please help

Hi there,

I am facing a problem in my dji phantom 3 pro and It’s gimbal keeps on rotating with out my control And I tried to update the firmware but i plugged the sd card To the drone and the usb cable to my laptop and the sd card suddenly shows and then it disappears and then it suddenly shows and then disappears but the sd card is working good The firmware didn’t get upgraded And after I did the firmware thing my aircraft doesn’t get connected to the recite controller and all 4 LED lights red and a sound and the remote controller light is also lighting red and it also shows gimbal disconnected too And I updated the 2017 firmware the green and red light blinked and blinked and suddenly only green light started blinking and after sometimes again it starts to bling green and red

Did you read the Firmware Update Guide ?

Also when updating the AC firmware keep the AC as cool as possible by using a fan or well ventilated room.
Most common reason for abnormal gimbal behaviour is a broken ribbon cable, NOT a firmware issue.

update should be done with the bin on the sd card and not using a usb cable to drone. You might need to relink AC to remote.
