Pins holding gimbal

I have only 2 pins holding the gimbal on. Is that normal. It came from the dealer that way but I have extra pins in the spare parts included with the package. These pins go through the rubber shock absorber dampeners.

There are a half dozen references to the Anti-drop kit in the manual. The how-to is on page 19.

cable ties work if you get stuck too. although I think there has been some discussion about whether they are a good idea or not.

the pins have to be cut off and cannot be reused.

actually they can be reused and I have done that twice.

to get the washers off you need tu push them on the pin which will open them without breaking anything.
after reusing them you need to squeeze the washers to tighten them up.
