How do you transfer pictures or videos from SD card to iPhone???

use a lightening connector/micro USB adapter and plug into iPhone and transfer or transfer from PC to iPhone

These video files are large and thus it's better if you host them on to YouTube and then view on your iPhone or any device. That's what I do to save space on iPhone. You can even post 4K videos onto YouTube.
